Happen Business is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Professional Services team. The role is responsible for understanding and defining customer business requirements and managing the overall end solution delivery to each customers' specific business requirements. This role involves a significant amount of travel, estimated at about 19 weeks per year. Travel is to customer sites for new customer implementations and Go-Lives. When not on the road, you will be working remotely.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer requirements, define customer solutions, and prepare detailed requirements analysis and functional specifications.
  • Lead delivery and implementation of our customer solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrate solutions developed and conduct customer training.
  • Prepare functional documentation to be used to configure the solutions.
  • Undertake system integration testing support and triage
  • User acceptance testing, management, support, coordination, and triage.
  • Develop and manage project documentation, including project proposals, and author end-user documentation, such as user guides.

Experience and skills required:

  • Proven experience in business analysis (gathering and analysing requirements, designing solutions, running customer workshops, documentation, etc.)
  • Proven experience in dealing with e-Commerce solutions
  • Strong ability in the definition of workflows
  • Experience in case management highly desirable
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Tertiary education in Training or related discipline would be advantageous
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple customer implementations
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills
  • Highly experienced in workshop facilitation and presentations
