About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate MarketingAutomation Specialist to enhance our customer and team experience. In this role, you will manage end-to-end data between our loyalty, CRM, and automation platforms, ensuring seamless digital campaigns and automation.

This is a hybrid role and both applicable to Melbourne or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and optimise trade and retail customer journeys across all digital platforms.
  • Data management.
  • Produce actionable insights and reports for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage digital campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Maintain and improve automated digital tracks and workflows.
  • Implement A/B testing to refine campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive an omni-channel campaign approach.
  • Support CRM projects, documentation, and digital activations.
  • Provide training and support for internal teams on digital tools and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S and company policies.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in campaign management and digital automation.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve customer engagement.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks based on value, effort, and risk.
  • A keen eye for detail with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Experience in digital automation, data management, and customer journey mapping.
  • Ability to leverage insights for personalised interactions.
