In our Teaching Equipment offering ), we specialise in providing a comprehensive range of technical training and teaching equipment for both vocational training organisation and university. Our strong product portfolio cater to various discipline; from electrical/ electronic, civil, mechanical, chemical and environmental engineering, to specialized sectors such as electrotechnology, automotive, hydraulic, instrumentation, refrigeration and avionics technical training. In our Electrical Products offering ), we specialise in providing a comprehensive range of surge and lightning protection devices, signal conditioners, encoders, enclosures and junction boxes. We provide specialised fire-rated junction boxes that are the only fully compliant (AS/NZS 3003:2015) WS42W rated junction box in the market.
We are currently seeking a versatile sales engineer to join our team in Victoria (Dingley Village) to promote our offerings across Electrical Products such as Surge protection devices, fuses, battery chargers, interconnectors, encoders and other products (see: ) and Teaching Equipment for Vocational Institutions (see: ). Our typical customers will be switchboard builders, automation panel makers, engineering consultants, industrial customers, TAFEs and Private RTOs.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to grow a client base with promising growth prospects with Australian Made market leading products, where your contributions will be instrumental in unlocking this potential. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the product knowledge necessary to effectively engage with customers and lead the team.
To excel in this position, you'll need an inquisitive mindset coupled with strong technical prowess and communication skills. Your ability to convey technical concepts clearly to prospective clients will be crucial. We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with a results-driven approach, capable of thriving in a collaborative environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter, problem solver and growth seeking professional. A background in Electrical products would give you suitable foundations for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing existing client accounts and expanding our customer base while fostering new business relationships.
· Understanding customer electrical component needs and recommending viable solutions
· Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including hands-on assistance

Desired Qualifications:
· Work authorisation in Australia
· Prior experience in outbound technical sales
· Proven track record in establishing and maintaining business partnerships, preferably in high-value sales environments
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Strongly inquisitive mindset coupled with the ability to work autonomously
