About The Role
We're looking for an exceptional
Executive Assistant
to provide high-level support and partnership to a dynamic Vice-President, Cybersecurity in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, connection, and impact, balancing day-to-day detail with big-picture awareness.

As the EA, you will:

  • Partner closely with the executive to manage calendars, priorities, and key deliverables with precision and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and communications to ensure seamless operations and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and help the executive stay focused on strategic outcomes.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and board materials with accuracy and polish.
  • Act as a trusted liaison across teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-moving, complex organisation.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, confident, professional, and adaptable.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
