We’re building a brand-new **Call Centre in South Melbourne** and looking for a motivated **Call Centre Agent** to be part of this exciting journey. This role offers a **clear pathway to a supervisory position** as the team expands perfect for someone with leadership potential who wants to grow their career
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Handle inbound and outbound Charity calls.
- Assist in setting up call centre processes and best practices.
- Work closely with management to shape the future of the call centre.
- Meet performance targets and contribute to a positive team culture.
- As the team grows, take on more leadership responsibilities, including training and mentoring new agents.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Experience in a call centre.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with leadership aspirations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems (preferred).
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplementary Pay:
- Bonus
- Commission
**Experience**:
- Call Centre / Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
