About the RoleFrom Mon–Fri (12–8 pm), with a rotating Tue–Sat roster every second week (weekdays 12–8 pm, Sat 9–5 pm), you will:
- Lead and manage a team of up to 12 outbound staff, ensuring productivity, attendance, and sales targets are consistently met.
- Coach and mentor your team through call listening, one-on-ones, and huddles to lift conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Drive a fun and energetic culture by motivating staff, running engagement activities, and celebrating milestones.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, partnering with trainers to upskill staff and address underperformance.
- Collaborate with the National Call Centre Manager on reporting, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
- Track KPIs and outbound conversion targets, ensuring results are achieved through coaching and motivation.
About You

Selection Criteria

- Experience in outbound sales or similar conversion-focused environments.
- Motivation or experience in managing and leading people.
