The role
You'll be a key member of the finance team, partnering closely with operational and commercial stakeholders. This role is hands-on and will see you providing insights and analysis to support business performance across manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of divisional P&L and balance sheet reporting
  • Partnering with operations teams on cost of goods sold, inventory management and stocktake processes
  • Driving accurate weekly profit forecasts and supporting annual budgets
  • Providing financial input into capital proposals and business cases
  • Supporting internal/external audit requirements and compliance reporting
  • Delivering ad hoc analysis and projects to improve business performance

About you

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Strong background in management accounting, ideally within manufacturing industries
  • Solid understanding of cost of goods sold, inventory and operational finance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across the business
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with large ERPs and proficiency in Excel
