The role
You'll be a key member of the finance team, partnering closely with operational and commercial stakeholders. This role is hands-on and will see you providing insights and analysis to support business performance across manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of divisional P&L and balance sheet reporting
- Partnering with operations teams on cost of goods sold, inventory management and stocktake processes
- Driving accurate weekly profit forecasts and supporting annual budgets
- Providing financial input into capital proposals and business cases
- Supporting internal/external audit requirements and compliance reporting
- Delivering ad hoc analysis and projects to improve business performance
About you
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong background in management accounting, ideally within manufacturing industries
- Solid understanding of cost of goods sold, inventory and operational finance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across the business
- Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with large ERPs and proficiency in Excel
