About The Role
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client contracts and our state account management team. You will be the key interface with key clients, responsible for the management of the account managers, guidance, and operational direction of the contract/s, ensuring that best practice contract management is implemented, stakeholder engagement fully undertaken, and jobs and projects delivered within expected and agreed contractual terms.
You will be a proactive, well organised individual capable of managing competing demands to ensure positive job and project outcomes are achieved. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of jobs and projects from initiation to job/project close out and everything in-between. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with a strong understanding that collaboration, open and honest communication and exceptional planning are key to delivering jobs and projects on time and within budget.
Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing multiple projects at various stages at any one time for a portfolio of clients
Liaising directly with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, cost estimates, resource requirements and risk identification
Provide clear and focused leadership to onsite teams for delivery of projects within agreed timeframes
Tracking progress of projects against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines
Working with the Business Services and Business Development teams in relation to financials and tendering
Identifying continuous improvement strategies and technology

About You
To be successful for this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualified in business or equivalent discipline
Min 2+ years' experience in contract management in a similar industry
Min 2+ years' experience in managing and preparing budgets and quotes
A sound knowledge of the principles and practices of Project Management
Demonstrated planning and organisational skills to deliver successful projects on time
Experienced communicator with excellent verbal and written communication
Proven high level customer service skills in regard to both internal and external stakeholders
