Harvest Land Group is a Sydney-based property developer and builder, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the region. With our head office conveniently located in Macquarie Park, just a short walk from the Metro station, we currently have several active developments underway and are seeking a full-time Accountant to join our growing team and support the business operations.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of five years' accounting experience, ideally within the property or construction industry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Exposure to Procore is preferred
  • Reliable, consistent, and highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all invoices and payments through Xero
  • Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Set up and manage creditor accounts and expense payments
  • Complete new credit applications
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial report for shareholder
  • Maintain an organised filing and record-keeping system
  • Liaise with external tax agents for monthly BAS, year-end accounts, and statutory reporting
  • Perform ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as required
