Position Summary

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic sales professional, reporting into the Head of Sales and Progression for AIM Business School. You'll require a proven ability in qualifying leads, a passion for sales and a passion to support students on their path, to engage in training and development.

You'll need a hunger and drive to meet and exceed sales targets and be able to adapt to an ever-changing, dynamic environment. You will work well on your own and enjoy contributing to the team's success.

Key Tasks

  • Action outbound calls, emails and SMS to leads generated by AIM to connect with potential students, wanting a Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or MBA
  • Determine eligibility by comparing client experience to qualification requirements.
  • Become a trusted advisor, educating clients, answering questions and providing information.

About You

  • 2+ years of outbound telesales experience (professional services sector preferred).
  • Strong understanding of learning and development products.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proactive, organised, and passionate about helping others grow.
