Our client is one of Melbourne's most respected inner-bayside agencies, known for their premium service, boutique approach and strong presence across Albert Park, Middle Park, South Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. With a reputation for combining professionalism with a personable, community-driven culture, they have built long-lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and clients alike.

They're now on the lookout for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-supported, local portfolio and join their collaborative, high-performing team.

This is a role built for balance with no Saturdays, flexible hours and genuine support from a strong team structure that allows you to focus on what you do best.

THE ROLE

  • Manage a local portfolio of 160–180 properties
  • VA, Leasing and inspections support
  • Monday to Friday only, no weekend work
  • 1 Day WFH
  • Salary up to $90K + Super + Bonuses
  • Company car available for work use
  • PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate

*ABOUT YOU*

  • Min 2 years experience as a Senior/Property Manager
  • Current Agents Representative Certificate is ESSENTIAL
  • Current Vic Drivers License and a reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legislation
  • Punctual, reliable and professionally presented
