BROWNS English Language School is an award winning global education and training group. BROWNS offers a range of language programs and vocational competencies to a large number of international students.

We are looking for a dynamic and qualified casual Barista/Hospitality Trainer/Assessor to join our Gold Coast team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional delivery of our Barista program to international students.

Competencies include:

- SITHFAB025 Prepare and serve espresso coffee
- SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol
- SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety

We are seeking applicants who:

- Are passionate, dedicated professionals able to draw from their extensive industry experience to provide dynamic learning experiences
- Are confident, self motivated and energetic with excellent time management skills
- Will motivate, coach and mentor international students to drive participation, progress and great outcomes
- Understand NVR standards and continuous improvement in educational practice
- Are excellent communicators with professional presentation and facilitation skills
- Have a broad understanding of the SIT National Training Package
- Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Have current practical industry experience relevant to the competencies to be delivered
- Are available for minimum 12 face to face hours per week
- Vocational competence in SITHFAB025, SITHFAB021 and SITXFSA005
- Minimum of 3 years current hospitality industry experience using skills in Barista, responsible service and food safety practices;
- Prior experience in training and assessment with current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning;
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent

**Salary**: $55.90 - $73.17 per hour
