About your new Role:
This role is about managing and growing a portfolio, promoting and selling the Brighter Super through targeted initiatives:
- Accountable for member growth and retention within a portfolio of high value members with significant balances.
- Contacting and having appropriate conversations to facilitate movement through the member life cycle.
- Running workshops and presenting information to members both face to face and digitally
- Analysis of data to effectively manage your portfolio.
About You:
You are someone that is driven by sales and relationship building. You have the ability to present information to others in a seamless and engaging way:
- Managed and grown a portfolio.
- Attended events, presenting to and engaging participants.
- Worked with a sales culture with the mindset to exceed KPI's.
- Ability to understand and interpret data and use the information to drive sales.
- Relationship building both externally and internally
- Be able to travel
- Superannuation experience is a distinct advantage as well as having the RG146 in Superannuation.
