The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our dynamic Service Department. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the service team to achieve department goals.
  • Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through premium service experiences.
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and department performance in line with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and Autosports Group standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall dealership experience.

  • Proven leadership experience in a dealership service environment (prestige brand experience highly regarded).
  • Strong people management and team development skills.
  • Excellent customer service focus with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Business acumen and the ability to manage budgets and performance metrics.
  • Organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining the highest standards.
