Due to growth, we're looking for an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our new state-of-the-art Operations Centre in Bunbury. This is a rare opportunity for someone with a strong background in parts management and inventory control to step into a key role at a company on the rise. We're seeking an individual who has worked in or is currently working in a same or similar role, with expertise in stock levels, reordering processes, and inventory management across multiple warehouses. Experience with Microsoft Business Central (BC) is a bonus, but we're focused on finding the right person and are committed to providing training and development to help you grow with us.

The Role

As Parts & Expediting Coordinator, you'll:

  • Take ownership of stock management across multiple warehouses, ensuring seamless inventory levels and no outages.
  • Utilise Microsoft Business Central (BC) to optimise procurement, inventory levels, and parts availability.
  • Work closely with suppliers to minimise costs while ensuring maximum stock availability.
  • Lead efforts to improve stock processes, educate teams, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with periodic stocktakes and support overall workshop performance.
  • Provide key reports and performance dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Bunbury-based role with some travel to other depots required.

What You Bring

  • Experience in parts management, including maintaining inventory and stock levels.
  • Proven experience managing multiple warehouse inventories, ensuring smooth reordering processes and stock availability.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central (BC) or other ERP systems (preferred).
  • A solid understanding of parts procurement and Work Order processes.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, teams, and stakeholders.
