We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team, specialising in perimeter access control solutions such as automated gates, bollards, barriers, and turnstiles.

Whether you're a project coordinator or technician ready to take your first step into sales, or a sales professional keen to build deeper technical expertise, this role offers the perfect platform to grow

What you'll be doing:
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients across various sectors, including commercial, industrial and government.
  • Collaborating with internal project and technical teams to ensure smooth handover
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets, focusing on sectors where our solutions can make a significant impact
  • Manage the tender and quotation process for targeted projects ensuring accurate submissions and constant client communication
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from project managers to executive decision makers to drive sales success
What you will bring to this role:
  • You'll have a solutions focused mindset, ideally with experience in access control or related industries
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with facility managers, architects and specifiers
  • Desirable: Ability to manage client relationships and close negotiations - Training provided
  • Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
