Qualifications & experience:

  • Minimum 2 years Prior experience as FOH allrounder in a cafe or restaurant setting within Australia
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Weekends availability a must

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Optimal Customer Experience through Feedback Acquisition
  • Proficiently Addressing Challenges through Creative Problem-Solving
  • Ability to follow the staff in-charge and Open Communication with Team Members
  • Cultivation of a Positive and Supportive Work Environment
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
