On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturing company in Norwest, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Allrounder to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a busy and varied role covering Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, suited to someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Full AR/AP management including receipting payments, allocations, and reconciliations
  • Processing sales invoices and monitoring daily ledger entries for anomalies
  • Handling queries and escalated issues professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting contracts administration and assisting with purchasing tasks
  • Managing overdue accounts with a relationship-focused approach
  • Utilising Netsuite and advanced Excel skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency

About You To be considered, you will ideally have:

  • A solid background in AR/AP or as a high-performing Accounts Clerk
  • Advanced Excel proficiency – formulas, pivot tables, data analysis
  • Netsuite experience (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to influence clients to meet payment timelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and time management abilities
  • A positive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn
