At Tulua Care and Services, we believe great care starts with people who care. We are looking for a Clinical Coordinator who not only brings strong clinical skills, but also compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of people with disabilities.
About the RoleThis is more than just a leadership position – it's an opportunity to bring heart and expertise together. As our Clinical Coordinator, you will guide and support our team to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care that empowers our participants to live their best lives.
Your role will involve:
- Overseeing and coordinating clinical care with empathy and professionalism.
- Providing guidance, mentoring, and encouragement to support staff.
- Conducting participant assessments and care plans with a person-first approach.
- Oversee clinical care, designing and implementing training, deliver training, and skill development to staff.
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards while keeping humanity at the centre.
- Building strong, respectful relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- A heart for people and a genuine passion for making a difference.
- At least 3 years current experience as a Clinical Coordinator within NDIS
- Extensive tracheostomy and ventilator experience
- Extensive clinical knowledge and understanding of the complex health and support needs of people with intellectual disability
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a supportive approach.
- Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and clinical governance.
- Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Applicants must have demonstrated experience in meeting compliance obligations and participating in external auditing processes.
- Current driver's licence.
