Abetz Curtis Lawyers & Advisers is a long-established firm with a strong presence in Hobart, and the surrounding areas. We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist/administration assistant to join our dynamic and busy legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line client service, including answering incoming telephone calls and greeting clients in-office.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our legal team.
- Receipt payments and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare client correspondence and documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier deliveries.
- Scanning and maintaining of records.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Perform other administrative duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and employees of all ages.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required.
