EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

Applications are invited for a number of full time Executive Officer positions, to be based in Ministerial offices in Hobart for the Tasmanian Liberal Government.

We are seeking organised and skilled individuals with previous experience in Executive Assistant / Diary Management roles and experienced Administrators to provide support for Ministers and their offices, including diary management, travel and a wide range of administration support.

The roles require excellent attention to detail, proficient administration and computer skills and the ability to effectively manage a myriad of competing priorities for the Minister and staff.  The successful candidates will be problem solvers, have strong communication skills, and the ability to engage directly with both internal and external stakeholders.
