The Opportunity
We are seeking two HR Coordinators to join our national HR Operations team based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
Please note, we have two roles available, one permanent position and one parental leave cover until January 2027.
These opportunities will suit HR Coordinators who thrive in a high-performance, service-oriented environment and are committed to delivering exceptional support to internal stakeholders. Your ability to communicate, attention to detail, and commitment to HR will drive your success. You will contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and collaborate closely with other business services teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
What you'll do
Manage employee lifecycle events including onboarding, movements, parental leave, and departures.
Maintain accurate employee data and manage business processes within in our HR information system.
Produce contracts and standard employee documentation.
Coordinate induction sessions and maintain onboarding materials.
Communicate professionally using templates and process guides.
Monitor shared inboxes and service platforms to resolve queries promptly.
Initiate and track background screening, checks.
Support audit and regulatory activities.
Escalate risks appropriately.
Support legal practice compliance processes.
Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth data flow.
Assist with WHS and Wellbeing initiatives.
Generate reports to support decision-making.
Maintain employment-related materials and team resources.
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
Provide basic administration support when needed (e.g., filing, mail outs and invoicing).
What you'll bring
Demonstrated success in a similar service-orientated role; professional services experience in a medium to large organisation is highly describable.
Comfortable using and learning systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Contract Express; excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Working towards or recently completed tertiary education in HR.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills across various mediums including group settings, presentations, face-to-face, verbal and written.
A clear passion for people and building relationships.
