CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Enzed Cairns are looking for a competent, reliable and experienced Front Counter Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in the daily operation of the store which will involve working overtime as required including some Saturdays. The role is based in Cairns with training taking place in our Enzed Cairns shop. We are ideally looking for an experienced candidate based in Cairns.

REQUIREMENTS

· A minimum of 2 years in a similar field

· Must have a driver's license

· Forklift license

· Applicants will be subject to a drug and alcohol testing

· Hydraulic and Industrial hose and fitting knowledge

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales

· Service at front counter – assist walk in and phone customers

· Charge out goods and labour on invoices for both account customers and cash sales

· Fill customer purchase orders – phone, email, fax

· Provide technical support to customers

· Take job details and dispatch jobs to Hose Doctors

· Produce quotes for customers

· Open and maintain customer work orders

· Hose assembly

· Tube bending

Purchasing & Dispatch

· Requisition parts to be ordered for customers and stock

· Stock replenishment – fill shelves, store hose and put parts in bins

· Operate forklift

· Receive goods

Other

· Open and close store on a daily basis when required

· Weekend store managing

· Assist with shop stocktake
