We are seeking an enthusiastic TransportAdministrator to be trained in all facets of our fast paced and dynamic operations and charter departments. This role will be based in our Dandenong Depot.

Working closely with the Charter Supervisors and our experienced operations team, this is a secure position with a strong administration and customer service focus.

Specific duties as a Transport Administrator will include:

  • Taking all enquiries in a prompt, friendly and professional manner to ensure an excellent first impression and on-going professional client communication
  • Processing customer bookings including providing effective and accurate coordination of quotes, bookings and delivery of quality service
  • Liaising effectively with all stakeholders including clients, team members, drivers, operations and other staff to ensure smooth operations and the delivery an outstanding customer experience
  • Associated administration involving utilising company tools, resources, and technology systems to accurately administrate and record activities accordingly
  • Invoice preparation and allocation

What Ventura is looking for?

  • Business Administration or Tourism qualification desired
  • Minimum 2 years administration experience
  • Current drivers' license (mandatory)
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to operate as an effective team member in fast paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A self-starter with a focus on detail
  • Ability to gain police clearance
