About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Transport Customer Service/Administrator to join our growing team in Dandenong South. This role is full-time working 7:30am - 4:00pm and offers the opportunity to build a long-term career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor shared inboxes and action requests promptly
  • Manage inbound customer phone calls
  • Provide administrative support to the Transport team
  • Accurately input and maintain data across systems and reports
  • Check, reconcile, and file transport paperwork
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet service targets and uphold company standards
  • Support other areas of the business as required
  • Manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in transport or warehousing (1–2 years preferred)
  • Experience with TransVirtual software (highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow processes and adapt to changing priorities
  • Professional and confident customer service skills
