Business Administrator – Business and Information Technology

As a Business Administrator, your key responsibilities include:
- Providing senior administrative support to the business area manager and provide multi-faceted administrative support to the leadership team of the business area, ensuring the effective and efficient organisation of administrative processes.
- Undertaking enrolment and course administration, including induction pack preparation, Markbook creation, and associated activities for required for processing or withdrawals and completions.
- Preparing a range of regular and ad hoc reports, documentation, papers, and submissions
- Coordinating meeting support including room booking, preparation, minutes, agendas, and document dissemination.
- Provide support in the use of procurement and reconciliation finance systems including invoicing and purchase orders in line with Finance QMS policies and that are specifically related to the business area and delivery obligations.

ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with a relevant degree or diploma qualifications in Business Administration or related disciplines or extensive years of experience in a similar including the following:
- Proven experience in providing high level administrative support in a complex and demanding working environment able to confidently convey ideas and information in a clear and interesting way whilst understanding and meeting the needs of target audiences.
- Significant experience and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and proven ability to use various software suites and databases.
- Experience in providing service excellence to all internal colleagues and external clients.
- Proven success in process improvement, utilising creativity, and internal networking to see projects through to delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
