About the role:

Join a small, efficient, and cost-effective team of professional schedulers who ensure the safe delivery of our LPG products to our commercial customers on time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day execution and coordination of product delivery schedules.
  • Managing and resolving delivery issues.
  • Identifying areas of improvement in processes that result in high performance and improved efficiency and customer service delivery.
  • Review data to identify ebbs and flows of customer consumption to better anticipate customer needs.
  • Interacting effectively with key internal stakeholders.

What will you bring?

  • Proven experience as a logistics scheduling professional in a large organisation.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Previous experience with SalesForce and Route Planner, or similar, are essential.
  • Customer centric approach to scheduling.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
