Logistics Coordinator

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our high-quality products are dispatched to customers with precision, care, and timeliness. Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Coordination
- Process and dispatch product samples and pre-shipment samples to domestic and international customers.
- Use online platforms (Startrack, Australia Post, DHL) to coordinate shipments.
- Liaise with sales, quality, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Manage international freight logistics including quotes and bookings.
- Generate all required shipping documentation and labels.
- Monitor freight delivery timelines and follow up to ensure orders arrive as scheduled.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and logistics data.
- Manage all logistics-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with ordering packaging supplies and office amenities.
- Support broader operational initiatives and business growth through cross-functional collaboration.
Sales Support & Customer Service
- Process customer orders in alignment with country-specific requirements.
- Communicate stock availability and dispatch timelines to the sales team.
- Flag fulfilment issues or delays early and provide timely updates.
- Ensure small pack and sample stock levels are maintained for quick dispatch.
About You
You're a problem solver with a passion for logistics, who takes pride in getting things done right the first time. You're also a strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years' experience in a logistics, export, or supply chain role.
- Experience working with Shopify (highly desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and adapt quickly to new tools.
- Positive, proactive mindset with a desire to grow and continuously improve.

- DIFOT – Delivery in full on time
- Damage-Free Deliveries
- Accuracy of Documentation – Minimise rejections and associated charges
- Freight Charge Accuracy – Ensure correct billing to customers
