In this key operational role, you’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating the day-to-day delivery of bulk fuels, ensuring our fleet runs efficiently and customer needs are met. Tasks and Responsibilities - Schedule and manage daily deliveries of bulk fuel across customer and company sites - Optimise fleet utilisation through effective load planning, route allocation, and driver scheduling - Enter and maintain delivery information accurately in line with NHVR requirements - Liaise daily with drivers, customers, and subcontractors to ensure service levels are met - Monitor fuel tank levels remotely across service areas to plan efficient replenishment - Coordinate vehicle service and maintenance schedules - Manage driver rosters and timesheets - Provide operational support to depot processes including trip processing and dispatch About You We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Experience: - Previous scheduling experience is highly regarded, but full training will be provided - Knowledge of Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) and NHVR requirements is an advantage - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure - Experience in transport and logistics preferred - Confident with computer systems, including Microsoft Excel - Able to work independently and manage time effectively If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you.
