The Opportunity

We're looking for a Buyer's Agent to join our high-performing Brisbane team. You'll play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing quality investment properties for our clients. This is a fully supported role,  no cold sales or lead generation. You'll work closely with a Property Researcher, Admin Officer, and Property Manager to ensure seamless transactions and confident client experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Manage investor queries about potential properties.

  • Negotiate with the seller's agents to secure favourable terms.

  • Assess properties to ensure they meet our internal quality standards.

  • Oversee the contracting process through due diligence, unconditional stage, and settlement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to close deals efficiently and maintain high client satisfaction.

What Were Looking For
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar property acquisition or investment role.

  • Proven track record of successful deal negotiation and portfolio growth.

  • Full QLD Real Estate Licence (mandatory).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, organised, and eager to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
