Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brisbane City, QLD. As a Buyers Agent, you will be responsible for representing buyers in purchasing residential real estate. Your daily tasks will include performing market analysis, finding suitable properties, negotiating purchase prices, and providing excellent customer service to your clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory home-buying experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills
- Real Estate License
- Experience in Residential Real Estate and Buyer Representation
- Sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
- Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in real estate or related fields
