Interior Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate within a small, supportive team to deliver projects of various types and scales.

Work closely with our three Directors, who are hands-on in projects and engaged in design discussions.

Manage all project stages, from initial client briefing through to construction support.

Interface with clients and take ownership of projects with guidance from your team leader.

Produce complete documentation sets for varying project stages.

Produce concept design presentations and material selections for client sign off

Coordinate with the architectural team, contractors, consultants, and suppliers as required throughout all phases
of the project.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Tertiary studies- Diploma level or above.

Minimum 3 years industry experience in project design & documentation.

Proficiency in Archicad preferred.

Advantageous to have experience handsketching and have worked with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Experience in Seniors Living favourable, but not essential.

Have a good understanding of the relevant Australian Standards and NCC and how they apply specifically to project needs.
