Lockyer Cleaning and Restoration is a young company looking to expand and hire an experienced technician who is willing to grow within the company as we grow. With a strong pipeline of work are you ready to step into a senior role.

What's on offer:

· Full-time hours (7:30am – 3:30pm, Mon–Fri)

· Regular overtime available $$

· All tools of trade provided

The role:

You'll be part of a tight-knit, fast-paced team restoring properties across South East Qld with no 2 days ever being the same. You will grow with the company into a leadership role as the company expands.

  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy – the basics matter
  • Carpet and Tile cleaning experience an advantage but not necessary
  • Minimum 2 years experience in this / similar job role
  • 1-2 years of restoration/cleaning industry experience required

Must-haves:

  • Driver's license
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Tech savvy enough for on-site reporting
  • Physically fit
  • White Card
  • Willing to undergo random drug & alcohol testing
  • Australian working rights
  • IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mould Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, Applied Structural Drying, and Upholstery Cleaning an advantage in one or more of the above categories.

Package

· $75,000 - $85,000 salary depending on experience

· Super paid on top

· Paid overtime after 330pm
