Restore Corp Pty Ltd is a looking for a new team member to assist across Southeast Queensland and we're looking for a hands-on Restoration Project Manager / Team Leader to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for an experienced Restoration project manager who's ready to step up, or a Senior Project Manager who enjoys leading from the front. You'll manage a small portfolio of complex restoration projects while also supporting and mentoring our field team day to day.

About the Role

You'll take charge of daily operations for a team of restoration technicians while managing your own portfolio of complex projects. From major water and fire damage restorations to mould remediation and contamination cleaning — every day brings something new.

You'll ensure field performance, client communication and project delivery all align with Restore Corp's values.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and support field technicians
  • Manage a portfolio of restoration projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate site activities, reporting and client communication
  • Perform site inspections and develop scopes of work
  • Ensure jobs meet quality, safety and timeline expectations
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering a strong work culture
  • Assist in on-call rotations (with excellent bonus potential)

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in restoration or insurance building (water, fire, or mould essential)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Confidence managing multiple jobs and priorities
  • Solid understanding of job reporting and mobile-based systems
  • IICRC certification (preferred)
  • White Card & current Driver's Licence
  • Physically fit and hands-on approach
  • Great attitude, reliable, and team-focused

  • Must pass drug and alcohol testing if required
