**The Position**

**St John of God Subiaco Hospital **is a world-class private hospital offering the highest quality medical and surgical care in a warm and welcoming environment. - **Rostering Officer** to join our busy
- **Nursing Administration **team on a Fixed term Full Time Basis, working 76 hours per fortnight for 12 months.
- The
- **Rostering Officer** assists with maintaining rostering and scheduling processes to meet the requirements of the Clinical Wards, working under the direction of the Nurse Manager Workforce to achieve an effective and efficient clinical caregiver rostering service in line with organisational goals.
- Sound knowledge of OneStaff, Kronos system or similar programs;_
- knowledge of health care related EBA' and Rostering requirements in a healthcare setting is highly regarded._
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Sound knowledge and experience in providing support within a Rostering or Payroll area.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to individuals and caregivers on a variety of matters.
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, independently and part of a team.
- Experience with ordering of stock and Invoicing
- Demonstrated capability to take initiative to drive and implement change.
- High-level organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet multiple deadlines.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality, and exercise flexibility, tact and diplomacy.
