We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Administration Assistant to join our friendly team at our Joondalup facility.

About the Role

Reporting to the Facility Manager and Office Manager, you will play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the site. This is a varied and rewarding role with key responsibilities including (but not limited to):

  • Greeting visitors and assisting with the check-in process
  • Assisting with shift replacements for sick and personal leave
  • Supporting staff training and development activities, including maintaining training records and setting up inductions
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files and the staff database
  • Providing front desk relief: answering calls, managing inquiries, and welcoming guests
  • General administrative support to the Office Manager as needed

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • The ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
  • Great organisational skills and a proactive mindset
  • Team spirit and a collaborative attitude
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in rostering and shift replacement (highly desirable)
  • A current National Police Clearance
  • Current Influenza Vaccination (desirable)
