Choice Health & Wellbeing Group is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment / Administrative Assistant to support our growing team across our health, community, and support services divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support managers in performance management and workforce planning activities.
- Assist with induction, training coordination, and staff engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Fair Work, NDIS, and other employment legislation.
- Provide general administrative/HR support across the organisation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or working towards).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles
- Sound understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and best practice recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Recruitment systems.
