About the Role

We really pride ourselves on the service and support we provide our clients, and this is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our dynamic QLD Consultant team where you will work closely with other territory representatives to go above and beyond the call of service.

Hybrid work arrangements with territory dependent on your home location. We are flexible with location but must be able to service Gold Coast region on a full-time basis, and the greater Brisbane area (with occasional rural, northern Queensland, sunshine coast, and inter-state travel required).

With a breakdown of 60% new business and 40% existing customer support, you will use your interpersonal and relationship building skills to create new business relations and develop / expand on existing customers. Your typical day

Sales and Customer Specific

  • Maintain and enhance close relationship and contact with all dental practitioners in the designated territory and close them on the Southern Implants concept and system
  • Attend conferences, courses, training and dinners with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensures customers are kept up to date on all developments in relation to our products and services via phone calls, emails and in person
  • Maintain accurate records in our customer management system (CMS) of all interactions, account statuses, updates and information
  • Lead on and follow the SIA complaint policy in dealing with customer complaints and concerns
  • Deliver presentations to surgeries and practices virtually, in person and / or telephonically
  • Provide technical support during live surgeries and in-chair cases
  • Meet and / or exceed agreed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Liaise with wider SIA teams on product developments, customer concerns and freely share ideas on improvement
  • Travels to and attends training and sales meetings in person and Australia wide and / or virtually as and when required

About you

In order to succeed within this role you must meet the requirements listed below :

  • Demonstrated achievement within a high paced and customer focussed environment
  • Experience working in MS office suite of programs
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • High level understanding of placing the customer as priority above everything else
  • A deep commitment to the functioning of the Solution Support & Solution Consultant team you will be operating in and an understanding of the vital link you play in the smooth operations and overall functionality of this vibrant and busy team
  • High level ability to prioritise between equally important tasks
  • A willingness to learn
  • An ability to learn quickly and to perform at a high level with limited direct supervision
  • A good sense of humor

***Previous sales/account management and relationship building experience will be highly regarded

***Previous experience/ knowledge of dental implant and restorative products ideal (desirable, not essential)

***Diploma in Dental Technology highly advantageous
