An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially savvy
Pharmacy professional
to join a leading global healthcare organisation. In this role, you'll take ownership of the
North QLD territory
, managing an established customer base while driving new business development and territory growth.

This is a dynamic position where you'll combine business development with building strong clinical and commercial relationships across pharmacies. You'll be supported with ongoing product training , sales skills, and education resources to ensure your success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and grow sales within the North QLD territory
  • Drive new business development across key pharmacy accounts
  • Build relationships with Pharmacists, Retail Managers, and Pharmacy Assistants
  • Deliver in-store education, workshops, and training sessions (some outside regular hours)
  • Represent the business at conferences, trade displays, and industry meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, regulatory, and sales
  • Monitor sales data to manage performance across products and accounts

What you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Science, Business, or related fields (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of proven commercial experience, preferred within the
    pharmacy channel
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmacy industry in ANZ
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and selling skills
