What You'll Do:
The Australia Sales Development Representative (SDR) interacts with clients to generate sales opportunities and build a sales pipeline with prospective clients for TOA Global, driving the initial stages of the sales process.
- Daily outreach to prospective customers with a minimum of 100 calls a day, via phone, email, social media, etc.
- Identify lead generation channels outside of Marketing to prospect for opportunities
- Conduct high-level conversations with prospects to identify need with of outsourcing with value proposition of TOA.
- Schedule introduction to identify prospects
- Consistently meet or outreach activities, align to pipeline with qualified leads based on Account Executive quota
- Attend conferences and events for lead generation purposes
- Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years' experience in a BDR or Junior Sales role
- Strong communication, written and verbal.
- Motivated and a daily driver.
