Daily Responsibilities May Include:

  • Promote Accor's ALL Loyalty Program
  • Manage guest emails and phone calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain high guest service standards, upholding the luxury experience
  • Process payments, room allocations and guest requests
  • Efficiently manage guest arrivals and departures

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong administration skills, experience using Office 365 and Opera PMS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
