Overview

A guest service opportunity at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT, 20 minutes from Uluru. We are seeking a customer focused and experienced Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team and welcome guests, delivering an exceptional first and last impression of the Resort.

Responsibilities
  • Act as an ambassador of the Resort, ensuring all guests feel welcome.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction at all points in the guest journey.
  • Process all check-ins and check-outs.
  • Process hotel charges to guests\' accounts, ensuring bills are accurate and that payments are processed correctly and securely.

Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded.
