Role Purpose:

Are you passionate about connecting with guests and working in a beautiful 5-star hotel? We have an opportunity for a Guest Service Agent at Crystalbrook Albion in Surry Hills.

Bring your positivity and seize the opportunity to be a Guest Service Agent in vibrant Surry Hills. We are looking for a forward-thinking, people-oriented individual to elevate our guests' experience.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a casual Guest Service Agent. Candidates with previous guest service experience (hotel experience is a plus), a passion for interacting with people, and an empathetic ability to anticipate guest needs are encouraged to apply.

Your skills will include:

  • Proficient computer skills (Opera experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Sydney and the surrounding region
  • Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights
  • A motivation to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • A 'can-do' attitude towards your duties
