Uber Eats is in an exciting high-growth phase, and we're on the hunt for results-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic Acquisition team. What You'll Do:
As a Sales Representative, you'll be instrumental in expanding our partner base by:
Owning the Full Acquisition Cycle:
Driving the end-to-end sales process for high-priority local restaurant partners
-You will source new ESL merchants to sign onto our platform as well work with our existing team to manage their ESL merchants
Acting as a Trusted Advisor:
Understanding partner challenges and goals, then clearly articulating the Uber Eats value proposition to help their business thrive.
Championing the Merchant Experience:
Taking full ownership of the partner journey, ensuring their voice is heard and acted upon.
Strategic Prospecting:
Demonstrating strong self-prospecting abilities to identify, qualify, and engage high-value merchants.
Driving Momentum:
Guiding partners from initial contact through to successful launch and sustained revenue generation, expertly handling objections along the way.
Collaborating for Success:
Working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results for both our partners and Uber.
- You will lead virtual training sessions for newly onboarded Merchants via Zoom and phone calls, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed for immediate success on the platform
Be a Product Expert:
Serve as a subject matter expert on Uber Eats, effectively troubleshooting and resolving any issues Merchants may encounter.
-Help deliver growth on the platform by assisting merchants with their ads and offers campaign
