About the Roles – Door-to-Door Sales & Lead Generation

We're expanding our team and have two exciting door-to-door opportunities available:

  1. Door-to-Door Sales Representatives – Engage directly with homeowners, explain the benefits of solar, and close deals in person or through follow-up appointments.
  2. Door-to-Door Lead Generators – Focus on sparking interest, qualifying potential customers, and booking appointments for our sales consultants to close.

Both roles are 100% field-based, working in targeted Sydney Metro areas. If you love face-to-face interaction, enjoy being outdoors, and have the energy to connect with new people daily, this is your chance to join a fast-growing industry that's making a real difference.


What You'll Do:
  • Go door-to-door in assigned areas to promote solar energy solutions.
  • Sales Reps: Deliver persuasive presentations, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Lead Generators: Create interest, collect homeowner information, and book qualified appointments.
  • Track activity and leads using our CRM platform.
  • Represent Solar Point with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm.
  • Work toward and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous door-to-door or face-to-face experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Confidence and comfort approaching strangers.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Passion for renewable energy and helping others save money.
