Project Coordinator – FIFO 8/6 | Ex-Perth

Tired of the same old FIFO gigs? This one's different.

We're on the lookout for a sharp, organised Project Coordinator who can keep the wheels turning on an Essential Site Services Project. You'll fly in on an 8/6 roster and kick off mid-October with a crew that knows how to get the job done (and have a laugh along the way).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keeping projects on track, on time, and on budget (yes, you're the glue).
  • Coordinating works with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Tracking progress, reporting wins, and flagging roadblocks early.
  • Driving a strong safety-first culture – no shortcuts here.
  • Managing mobilisation of the crew, including rosters, flights, and travel logistics.

What You'll Bring

  • FIFO or site-based project coordination experience (you know how site life rolls).
  • Top-notch organisational and communication skills.
  • Confidence juggling competing priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • RTIO inductions/experience? Big bonus. Not essential
  • A positive, can-do attitude – no job too big or too small.
