Based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, this full-time position will see you engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their timber door, window and home improvement requirements.

Applicants with joinery sales experience highly desired.

What you'll be doing


•Proactively identify and follow up on sales leads to convert them into customers.


•Maintain a showroom and stock to present attractively


•Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and services


•Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products

What we're looking for


•Proven sales experience, preferably within the home improvement or construction industry.


•

Ability to read and interpret architectural plans


•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.


•A genuine interest and knowledge of architecture and design


•Excellent problem-solving and customer service orientation


•Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals


•Enthusiasm, drive and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences


•Ability to work some Saturday mornings on a shared roster
