We are now seeking a dynamic Aftermarket Consultant to join our professional team. If you're customer-focused, sales-driven, and passionate about cars and accessories – we want to hear from you

The Role:

Based in our state-of-the-art dealerships, you will work closely with the Sales and Delivery teams to present aftermarket products and protection solutions to our new car buyers. From tinting and paint protection to floor mats and dash cams – you'll tailor accessory packages to enhance each customer's ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers to understand their lifestyle and vehicle usage.
  • Offer tailored aftermarket solutions across Kia, Ford, and Isuzu vehicles.
  • Accurately process sales orders and documentation.
  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Liaise with suppliers and coordinate timely accessory installation.
  • Provide exceptional pre- and post-sale customer service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in automotive aftermarket sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • High level of professionalism and personal presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Current driver's licence (manual licence preferred but not essential).
