The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, offering great service, and helping clients bring their flooring visions to life.

You'll be based in our Sunshine Coast showroom as well as visiting clients onsite to provide tailored sales consultations and quotes. Full product training will be provided, so whether you're an experienced sales professional, have a background in interiors/renovations, or are new to the flooring industry, we'll support you with the tools you need to succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in our showroom, offering expert product advice.
  • Visit clients onsite to measure and prepare accurate sales quotes.
  • Manage sales orders from consultation through to installation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up on leads and enquiries, ensuring excellent communication throughout the process.
  • Coordinate installations and liaise with trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Hours: Monday to Thursday (9.00am – 5:00pm), Friday (9.00am - 4.00pm) + rotating Saturdays (9:30am – 12:30pm).

What We're Looking For

  • Sales or customer service experience (flooring/renovations industry preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for interiors, renovations, and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Current driver's licence required.
