driving one of the largest Salesforce transformations in the ANZ region. Join a strategic program migrating 20+ enterprise applications onto Salesforce for a leading multi-channel retailer.

What You'll Do:

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across
    B2B & B2C
    , multi-cloud, and AI-driven solutions
  • Lead large-scale application migrations and integrations across
    Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and more
  • Define high-level and low-level architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy
  • Mentor tech teams, guide solution design, and uphold platform best practices
  • Drive AI adoption (GenAI, Agentic AI) and deliver innovative, scalable solutions

What You'll Bring:

  • 12+ years in tech with deep Salesforce architecture expertise
  • Certified
    Salesforce Architect
    (Application & System),
    Agentforce Specialist/Innovator
    , and
    TOGAF or equivalent
  • Expertise in
    LWC, Apex, APIs, Omni-Channel
    , and
    integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft)
  • Strong background in
    data architecture
    ,
    low-code vs pro-code strategies
    , and
    Salesforce AI capabilities
  • Experience with
    Data Cloud
    ,
    Voice
    ,
    CPQ
    ,
    DocuSign
    , and
    AppExchange evaluation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
